Project Overview
From Multiple Conferences to One Flagship Event.
Product Design Week London was a five-day festival bringing together industry leaders and professionals across product design and UX. I helped shape the move from multiple separate conferences into one flagship event, leading the brand identity, website design and marketing strategy to create a more focused offering for attendees and partners.
The business was running multiple conferences throughout the year, creating a demanding schedule across events, marketing and operations. I helped develop the strategy to bring these events together under Product Design Week London, creating a single, five-day flagship festival with a clearer identity and a more joined-up experience.
My role covered the brand identity, website design and marketing strategy, bringing the event together across its digital presence and promotion. Consolidating the conferences helped focus the team's efforts on one major event, while giving attendees and partners a stronger, more cohesive offering.
The event generated £1 million in ticket sales and doubled partnership income, while streamlining the event programme freed up time and resources across the business.
